How does it taste?

Smooth, grassy and naturally sweet with a soft umami finish. No bitterness when prepared with water just off the boil.

How do I make it?

Scoop 2 g, add about 60 ml of water at around 80°C and whisk until frothy. Drink it straight, pour it over ice, or top it with milk for a latte.

How many servings are in a bag?

Each 30 g bag makes 15 servings at 2 g each. Two bags cover a month of daily matcha.

Does it contain caffeine?
