Frequently asked questions
How does Kiyori taste?
Like a smooth, grassy ceremonial matcha. Creatine monohydrate is flavourless, so all you taste is the matcha.
How do I prepare it?
Tear one stick, pour into about 250 ml of cold water or milk, shake or stir, and drink. No whisk needed.
When should I drink it?
Whenever you'd have your matcha — most people take it in the morning. Creatine works through daily consistency, so the best time is the time you'll actually remember.
Is 5 g of creatine a day safe?
5 g of creatine monohydrate is the standard daily amount used in research. If you're pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition or take medication, check with your doctor first.
Does it contain caffeine?
Yes. Matcha naturally contains caffeine. Keep this in mind when choosing when to enjoy your daily stick.
