  3. Top up with hot water or steamed milk.
Why every day

Creatine is a daily habit, not a one-off.

Creatine monohydrate is one of the most studied supplements in sports nutrition. In that research, people take a consistent daily serving, usually 3–5 g, because creatine builds up in the body over time and is kept topped up by taking it regularly. Skipping days or stopping and starting means you never fully build up.

That is why Kiyori puts a full 5 g of creatine inside the matcha you already drink. One stick, one cup, the same time every morning, and the habit takes care of itself. Individual results vary.

5 gcreatine monohydrate per stick
3 gfirst-harvest Uji matcha
60–100mg naturally occurring caffeine
