Hot or iced.
Hot
- Sift about 2 g (1 tsp) into a bowl.
- Add 70 ml water at around 80°C, not boiling.
- Whisk in a quick zigzag until frothy. Top up with water or steamed milk.
Iced
- Add about 2 g (1 tsp) to a shaker or jar with a splash of cold water.
- Shake until smooth.
- Pour over ice and top up with cold water or milk.

How long do 2 bags last?
At about 2 g a cup, each 30 g bag makes roughly 15 cups, so 2 bags cover about a cup a day for 4 weeks.
How should I store it?
Seal the bag tightly and keep it somewhere cool and dark. Once opened, the fridge keeps it fresh and vibrant longest.
