Two ingredients.
One measured daily formula.
Ceremonial matcha for the ritual. Creatine monohydrate for daily performance support. No proprietary blend and no hidden dose.
01 · Uji matcha
The whole tea leaf.
Matcha is tencha ground into a fine powder. Unlike steeped tea, the leaf is consumed—bringing its naturally occurring caffeine, L-theanine and catechins into the cup.
- Attention
- Caffeine and L-theanine have been studied together for measures of alertness, attention and task switching. Individual response varies.
- Tea compounds
- Matcha naturally contains catechins, including EGCG, alongside amino acids and caffeine.
- Drinking quality
- First-harvest leaves are selected for colour, texture, aroma, umami and a clean finish.
02 · Canadian creatine
Energy stored for effort.
Creatine helps maintain phosphocreatine stores. During brief, high-intensity work, this system helps regenerate ATP—the immediate energy currency used by working muscle.
- 5 g daily
- A measured serving within the range commonly studied for ongoing creatine monohydrate supplementation.
- Performance
- Evidence is strongest for resistance training and repeated short bouts of high-intensity activity.
- Consistency
- Daily use can raise muscle creatine stores gradually. A loading phase is optional, not required.
03 · The daily formula
Distinct roles.
One routine.
The ingredients do different jobs. The value of the sachet is a full, transparent dose in a format that is easy to repeat.
Open one measured sachet. No scoop and no calculation.
Add to water or milk. Shake cold, or whisk with warm water.
Choose a daily moment you can keep. Consistency matters more than timing.
04 · Quality, clearly defined
What “ceremonial grade” actually means.
“Ceremonial grade” is a quality and sensory designation—not a regulated scientific category. Kiyori uses the term for matcha selected for drinking quality: origin, harvest, colour, texture, aroma and taste.
Caffeine occurs naturally in matcha and varies by harvest. Kiyori does not publish an exact range until it is supported by batch-specific testing.
