Terms of service

These terms govern purchases from Kiyori Wellness at kiyoriwellness.com, operated from Montreal, Canada. By placing an order you agree to them.

The product

We sell ceremonial-grade matcha. Descriptions, photos, and tasting notes are honest to the current harvest but natural products vary slightly from lot to lot. We do not sell matcha as a drug or medical treatment.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order if we cannot fulfill it, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if payment does not clear. Title and risk pass when the carrier collects the parcel. Prices are shown in CAD for Canadian customers and in USD for United States customers, using the same numeric prices (for example, 39 CAD and 39 USD).

Accounts and subscriptions

You are responsible for the email and payment method on your account. Subscription charges continue until you cancel. Manage or cancel from the links in your order emails or by writing to support@kiyoriwellness.com.

Use of the site

Do not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape it in a way that interferes with other customers. Product images and writing on this site belong to Kiyori unless noted otherwise.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Quebec and Canadian consumer law, Kiyori is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec) or other applicable law. If a term is unenforceable, the rest still apply.
